Using the Global distribution system (10 Day Course)

This course will be conducted using the Amadeus GDS. This 10 day course will give individuals the confidence required to perform in a travel agency using a central reservation system or a global distribution system.

Learners will be able to:
Create air, hotel and car reservations,
Issue tickets,
Change and reissue tickets and
Create various other travel related reservations.

The novice course takes 2 weeks (preferably Mon-Fri) to complete.

Infinite Training provides all the equipment necessary for the training.

All trainers are fully accredited with Amadeus and SAQA.

The learner receives a soft copy feedback form and certificate on completion of the course.

The pass mark is 80%.

Their details are then added to Amadeus’ international database.

The fee per student is R6850-00 fully inclusive.

Fees are payable 3 weeks before the commencement of the course.

A re-write is possible for the students who obtain between 70% and 80%, the cost is R350-00 per re-write and will be conducted on the last day of the following course.

Should a student obtain lower than 70%, it is recommended they re-register for the course as major sections have not been grasped or important sections not understood fully.
