There is a silence in the Vaal today that is louder than any scream. 🕯️ 2026 is proving to be a wilderness we weren't ready for. To think that parents packed lunchboxes this morning only to be met with this nightmare... it’s unbearable. Oh Lord, have mercy on this land. If the beginning is this bitter, how do we find the strength to keep going? I wish we could just turn the page to next year and pretend this darkness never happened.
