Bergsig Akademie het aan die provinsiale ronde van die Con Spirito Kunstefees deelgeneem en uitstaande prestasies gelewer.

Die skool vier met trots 12 Provinsiale Itemwenners, wat hul talente met passie en toewyding ten toon gestel het.

In addition, 15 learners advanced to the National Forte Round, a remarkable milestone that highlights the school’s commitment to excellence in culture and the arts.

These achievements stand as a testament to the dedication and discipline of our learners, as well as the unwavering support of our teachers, parents, and community.

Today marked a very special occasion as the sponsored items were officially handed over to the team. We are truly thankful for the beautiful jackets, Wilson tennis bags, and tour clothing that were sponsored for our players. These items will not only support our girls during the season and on tour, but will also create a sense of unity, pride, and professionalism within the team.

Your generosity and investment in our players mean more than words can express. By supporting school sport and young athletes, you are helping to encourage dedication, teamwork, discipline, and confidence both on and off the court.

Bergsig Meisies Eerste Tennisspan wil graag ons opregte dank en waardering uitspreek teenoor ons ruim borge, Acusult en PSG Insure, vir hulle ongelooflike ondersteuning en bydrae tot ons span.

Vandag was ’n baie spesiale geleentheid toe die geborgde items amptelik aan die span oorhandig is. Ons is opreg dankbaar vir die pragtige baadjies, Wilson-tennissakke en toerklere wat vir ons spelers geborg is. Hierdie items sal nie net ons meisies gedurende die seisoen en op toer ondersteun nie, maar sal ook ’n gevoel van eenheid, trots en professionaliteit binne die span skep.

Julle vrygewigheid en belegging in ons spelers beteken meer as wat woorde kan beskryf. Deur skoolsport en jong atlete te ondersteun, help julle om toewyding, spanwerk, dissipline en selfvertroue aan te moedig — op en van die baan af.

Namens die spelers, afrigters, ouers en Bergsig Akademie wil ons julle bedank dat julle in ons meisies glo en hierdie moontlik gemaak het. Julle ondersteuning word opreg waardeer, en ons is geëerd om ons skool met soveel trots te verteenwoordig danksy julle bydrae.

On Wednesday 27 April 6 of our rugby coaches did their final practical session for World Rugby Level 2 with senior rugby educator of the Leopards rugby union, Henry Stewart.

All 6 coaches was very successful in presenting their coaching skills and experience. All 6 coaches were successful in the course and are we extremely proud of them. Also a huge thanks to Henry Stewart for his professionalism during the course.

Ons leerders het hulself oortref met die oordrag van hul toesprake en ons skool met trots verteenwoordig tydens hierdie geleentheid. The learners excelled and achieved remarkable results, showcasing the school’s commitment to excellence and creativity.
