We are thankful for the collaboration with Khulisa and the Office of the Public Protector. Our event yesterday successfully raised awareness for Autism, and we appreciate their support.

Our school participated in NW SASA II, proudly securing Gold medals in Swimming, Black ball and Indoor rowing, best wishes to our coaches and athletes, may our flag continue to fly high

Iteko Special School takes this moment to acknowledge and celebrate the significant contributions of Autistic individuals within our communities. We pledge to uphold human rights and promote inclusion.

We appreciate having 26 learners and 7 coaches representing us at the SASA II Autumn games, participating in Cricket, Indoor Rowing, Swimming, Blackball, Hockey and table tennis, in Mpumalanga, Mbombela, bring it home.

The academic year commences tomorrow, 12.01.2026, for our staff members and 14.01.2026 for our learners. We are well-prepared for an exceptional year. Stay blessed.

Today , we marked the graduation of 78 learners from our institution, who have acquired valuable skills that are in high demand in the country, including Welding, Woodwork, Needlework, Agricultural sciences, and more. We offer them our best wishes. We thank the parents and guardians for their support and our staff members for their contribution to the learners' skills development. A special thank you is also extended to the Sgb members, who are consistently supportive of the school, and our SQLTC members, who provide comprehensive support to our learners.

Today, our educators successfully completed a 5-day ICT workshop, highlighting the synthesis of digital technologies, efficient work practices and online safety guidelines. Appreciation goes to DBE, MTN and School net for upgrading our educators' skills to meet worldwide standards.
