Exciting Announcement:Aljay High School Rustenburg Welcomes Ms Macuacua Mmathapelo Rose as Founding School Administrator.

Born and bred in Rustenburg,We are delighted to announce the appointment of Ms Rose Macuacua as the founding Administrator for Aljay High School - Rustenburg

Born and raised in Rustenburg, Ms Macuacua brings a wealth of administrative experience, strong organisational skills, and a passion for serving people with excellence.

About Ms Rose’s Qualifications

> National N Diploma :- Management Assistant
> Bachelor of Arts Degree in Community Development,
>Bachelor of Arts Honours in Behavioural Studies(Studying)

With experience in administration, reception management, student records management, customer service, and office operations, Ms Macuacua will play a key role in ensuring that our school runs efficiently and professionally as we prepare to welcome our founding Grade 8 learners in January 2027.

Aljay High School Rustenburg is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr H.Tshabalala as the Founding Deputy Principal of our school.

Mr. Tshabalala joins Aljay High School with over 25 years of experience in education, school leadership, and sports development. His extensive background as an educator, coach, administrator, and school leader makes him an invaluable addition to our founding leadership team.

👨‍🏫 About Mr Tshabalala

A passionate and dedicated educational leader, Mr. Tshabalala has successfully served as a Principal, Senior Teacher, Lecturer, and Coach.He is widely respected for his commitment to academic excellence, learner development, staff mentorship, and effective school management.

🎓 Qualifications

> Master of Business Administration (MBA)
> Degree:BSc Geography and Environmental Management – Rhodes University
> Diploma in Secondary Education
> Advanced Coaching and Sports Administration Certifications from the Olympic Committee, and International Olympic Committee
> Registered with the South African Council of Educators (SACE)
