“Take a bow and leave…”
As I enter my 13th week serving as the Acting Chief Education Specialist: Circuits Coordination, I officially take a bow and leave Boitshoko Circuit in the capable hands of Dr Thibodi, who assumes duty as the Acting Circuit Manager with effect from today.

What a beautiful and symbolic transition of leadership it has been from her Principal’s desk this morning to the Circuit Office desk this afternoon, where she received a warm welcome from the Boitshoko Circuit Principals. I officially handed over the office keys and also completed the induction process to ensure that she hits the ground running from day one.

Leadership is about continuity, succession and empowering others to lead with purpose and excellence. I am confident that Boitshoko Circuit will continue to thrive under Dr Thibodi’s capable leadership and commitment to education.

Wishing her strength, wisdom, and great success as she begins this important journey. Boitshoko Circuit remains in safe and capable hands. 🥺💚💯

With gratitude and humility, I would like to formally announce that effective from the 1st of March 2026 I was appointed to act as the Acting Chief Education Specialist: Circuits Coordination in Bojanala District, serving both the Moses Kotane and Rustenburg Local Education Offices (LEOs).

This new responsibility now allows me the privilege to support and coordinate 13 circuits across the district, with Boitshoko Circuit remaining one of the circuits under my leadership and support.

Tomorrow the 18th of May 2026, I will officially hand over the day-to-day leadership and management of Boitshoko Circuit to the Acting Circuit Manager whom I will formally announce and warmly welcome to the Circuit.

Serving Boitshoko Circuit has been one of the greatest honours of my professional journey. Together we have built a strong culture of excellence, accountability and teamwork. I remain proud of the principals, SMTs, teachers, support staff, learners, SGBs, parents and stakeholders who continue to make this circuit a centre of excellence.

As part of the transition, I will also be handing over the administration rights of this page to the Circuit Administration team. I will continue to actively manage and coordinate communication through the Boitshoko Circuit Rustenburg Bojanala District page in my current role.

Thank you for the unwavering support, dedication and commitment to education transformation. The work continues, the vision remains alive and together we will continue changing lives through quality education.

Thursday the 7th of May 2026 marked a significant milestone as we officially launch the QLTC (Quality Learning and Teaching Campaign) for the Boitekong Schools Complex. A united commitment to excellence in teaching, learning and community involvement.

This vibrant complex brings together:

📚 Tsholofelo Tech

Under the capable leadership of Champion Principal Mr Powane of Letsibogo Primary School, within the Boitshoko Circuit Rustenburg Bojanala District. We are strengthening collaboration, accountability and a shared vision for learner success.

The QLTC launch is a call to action for teachers, parents, learners and the community to work together in building schools that thrive and produce future leaders.

A heartfelt appreciation to the incredible men and women of Boitshoko Circuit who continue to rise to the occasion.

Yesterday, 20 April 2026, all five complexes successfully held their Complex Accountability Meetings under the capable leadership of our Champion Principals. These meetings reflect the strength of our distributed leadership model and our unwavering commitment to Relentless Excellence.

Five complexes, one Circuit, one vision and one agenda.

Since my transition to the Acting CES: Circuits Coordination office, Boitshoko Circuit administrative functions are now managed from my new office, while operational matters are effectively driven on the ground by our Champion Principals. Your leadership, coordination and accountability ensure that our schools remain focused, supported and progressive.

I am truly grateful for your dedication, teamwork and the manner in which you continue to hold the fort and keep the Boitshoko ship sailing steadily forward.

Together, we are building a stronger, more responsive and high-performing circuit.
