Doing what we are BEST at...📚📗📖📃💡🎓Introducing rural learners to the emerging interdisciplinary field of Earth Systems Science. As we do so, we come to the inescapable revelation that Southern Africa turns out to be an exceptional region to be studying the Earth’s systems. We do this with some cool lectures, activities, field trips and a hole load of fun.
We are not just teachers, but role model scientists, who inspire more young black/ female South Africans to take up careers in science research, with a specific focus around the science of climate change; Earth Systems Science.

Oceans are not bodies of water, they are the source of life on earth, they are the source of oxygen for us, Time has come to protect them and save them. Happy World Oceans Day.

To Kick off our HPWArchivesWeek2022, we are starting with the meeting minutes that date back June 2007, which was the very first ever Access Hpw meeting to be held.
This is where all the Timetabling of the workshop, Lecture Titles and Topics together with the activities for the workshops were discussed.

History behind World Environment Day:
World Environment Day was established in 1972 by UN general assembly at the time of stockholm conference. This was the world's first conference to make an environment protection, a major issue. World environment first celebrated in the year 1974. The World Environment Day is observed every year on 5th June.
