Just a friendly reminder that Monday, 10 August, is a public holiday following Women's Day on Sunday, 9 August.

There will be no school on Monday, and we look forward to welcoming all our little learners back on Tuesday.

This week, our little learners brought their storybook to life by making the cutest ladybug headbands! They have loved listening to the story, joining in with the activities, and using their imaginations along the way.

Seeing their excitement as they proudly wore their ladybug headbands made story time even more special. Learning through stories, creativity and play is always an adventure at The King’s Preschool! ✨📚

We started our morning with a special time of praise and worship led by Teacher Wynand. Together, our learners sang joyful songs, worshipped God, and prepared their hearts for a day centred on prayer and thankfulness.

It was a beautiful reminder that even the smallest hearts can worship in a big way. 💙

Today was a special Prayer Day at The King’s Preschool. Our little learners had the opportunity to pray for their friends, learning that they can always talk to God and care for those around them. 💛

They also created beautiful Thankful Cups, taking time to reflect on the many blessings God has given them. It was a meaningful day filled with faith, gratitude, and love.

What an amazing first two weeks we’ve had in our Big Baby Class! We’ve been busy learning, exploring and having so much fun together.

We enjoyed our Playball session, got creative with paint by mixing two colours to make a brand new one, and explored soft cotton wool while learning that it comes from sheep. To end off our Farm Animals theme, we had a very special visitor—a baby chick! 🐥

What a fantastic way to begin the new term. We can’t wait to see what the rest of Term 3 has in store for our little learners! 💙
