In South Africa there is a need for a Skills Development Partner who is geared towards providing sustainable skills development solutions.

CPS offers a number of accredited programmes from ABET, Occupational Health and Safety to Learnerships (manufacturing, production, distribution, wholesale and operations, engineering etc.) and we are also able to assist with the funding applications at the SETAs seeing that it’s a cumbersome process in itself. We offer consultation services (WSPs, ATRs etc.) and a number of IT solutions (eLearning, eLMS: Web-based Learner management system etc.) for Training/HR managers that will assist the management of projects and the reporting thereof. We customise internal Induction programmes and Occupational Health and Safety training programmes to an eLearning platform or just instructor-led in the classroom for efficiency and cost saving measures.

In December 2025, we successfully delivered the SETA-accredited Production Technology NQF Level 2 Skills Development Programme and focused on strengthening talent within the manufacturing, engineering and production sectors.

This 10-day, in-person programme equipped 10 participants with essential knowledge in production operations, quality control and organisational processes — enabling them to contribute meaningfully in specialised manufacturing environments.

Beyond technical skills, the programme supports employability at entry level, while laying a solid foundation for long-term career progression, lifelong learning and innovation across the manufacturing value chain.
