In December 2025, we successfully delivered the SETA-accredited Production Technology NQF Level 2 Skills Development Programme and focused on strengthening talent within the manufacturing, engineering and production sectors.

This 10-day, in-person programme equipped 10 participants with essential knowledge in production operations, quality control and organisational processes — enabling them to contribute meaningfully in specialised manufacturing environments.

Beyond technical skills, the programme supports employability at entry level, while laying a solid foundation for long-term career progression, lifelong learning and innovation across the manufacturing value chain.
