Please be informed that the Grade 4–7 Parents’ Meeting, which was scheduled for tomorrow to provide feedback on the Term 2 results, has been postponed due to the cold weather conditions expected.

A new date for the meeting will be communicated to parents in due course.

NOTICE: Excursion Date Extension & Updated Payment Deadline

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Good morning.

Following numerous requests from our school community, we are pleased to inform you that the date for our upcoming Johannesburg Zoo Excursion has been extended. The excursion will now take place on Tuesday, 11 August 2026.

We hope this extension will assist parents and guardians who are only able to finalise payment at the end of the month.

Please take note of the following important information:

* Final Payment Deadline: All payments must be made on or before Friday, 07 August 2026.
* Transport Arrangements: Bus bookings will be finalised immediately after the payment deadline. Due to strict seating capacity regulations, no late payments or additional bookings can be accepted after 07 August 2026, as each learner’s seat must be confirmed in advance.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to the payment deadline to avoid disappointment.

| APPLICATIONS FOR GRADE 1 & GRADE 8 OPEN ON 5 AUGUST

Gauteng MEC for Education, Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation, Lebogang Maile, has announced that applications for the 2027 Online Admissions for Grade 1 and Grade 8 will officially open at 08h00 on Wednesday, 5 August 2026, and close at 00h00 (midnight) on Friday, 4 September 2026.

Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to prepare early by gathering the required supporting documents, verifying their information and familiarising themselves with the application process before the system opens.

Together, let's ensure every learner has the opportunity to access quality public education.

Please note that Term 2 Report Cards are not yet available, as we are still experiencing technical difficulties with the provincial reporting system.

A notice will be sent to all parents and guardians as soon as the reports are ready for collection.
