Plant Production Impact Reflection:
Most of the participants joined the programme having a low experience with formal jobs and technical training. They were taught through practical learning to acquire the hands-on skills in the entire production cycle.

Besides technical skills, the programme reinforced the necessary workplace skills like discipline, teamwork, and solving problems, and enhanced the confidence and work preparedness of the learners significantly. The opening up to the wider agricultural value chain also allowed the participants to recognize possibilities of employment, entrepreneurship, and community-based agriculture.

On the whole, the programme equipped learners with the knowledge and mentality to enhance their livelihoods and help boost the local economies.

Plant Production (Moloto) Project Close-Out:

The project was able to empower learners with real world agricultural skills, such as crop production, soil preparation and sustainable agricultural practices.

Throughout the programme, the participants received practical experience that will improve their employability and entrepreneurial capabilities.

The project is a manifestation of the desire to improve communities, knowledge enhancement, and agri-business.
