🇿🇦✊ Youth Day at Ridgevale Primary School!

This Monday, 08 June, our Grade R–6 learners celebrate Youth Day and it’s going to be a fun one! Learners dress up as their favourite teacher, and teachers dress as learners! 🎉

Our Grade 7s turn is Wednesday, 10 June.

A small contribution of R5 per learner applies. Let’s honour the courage, resilience, and hope of South Africa’s youth as we remember the brave students of the Soweto Uprising, 1976. 🕊️

Slipper day 🤩

A heartfelt thank you to our Ridgevale Primary parents for making Slipper Day such a success! Your support and participation brought joy, comfort, and a wonderful sense of community to our learners.

This special day was not only about cozy fun, but also about standing together for a greater cause, supporting the incredible work of the Reach For A Dream Foundation, which helps bring hope and smiles to children facing life‑threatening illnesses. 💜🐻🌈

🏆✨ RIDGEVALE PRIMARY SHINES AT THE GRADE 7 NATURAL SCIENCE CLUSTER OLYMPIAD! ✨🏆
We are incredibly proud to share some outstanding news from our Grade 7 learners who recently competed in the Natural Science Cluster Olympiad representing Ridgevale Primary among 66 schools and 161 learners! 🎉

🥇 Nyasha Nyamazana : 1st Place out of 161 learners ! Scoring an impressive 27/30 and completing in just 10 minutes 45 seconds, Nyasha has claimed the TOP spot out of ALL learners! 🌟 Our Ridgevale flag flies HIGH!
🥈 Darren Stoltz : 2nd Place out of 161 learners ! Scoring a remarkable 25/30 in 10 minutes 44 seconds what a phenomenal performance! 👏
💪 Robyn Banda : 10th Place out of 161 learners-Scoring 18 points in an impressive 10 minutes 30 seconds missing the district cutoff by just 1 point. Your effort and dedication do not go unnoticed, Robyn ,we are equally proud of you! 🙌
