The programme provides structured workplace learning, practical project experience, mentoring, coaching and professional development within a dynamic Project Management Advisory and Consultancy environment.

Successful graduates will gain exposure to consulting assignments across the public and private sectors while developing the technical, professional and leadership competencies required for a successful career.

Applicants must have:

A Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or a related qualification.

Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
A willingness to learn, grow and build a career in consulting.

Exposure to the Built Environment will be an added advantage.
