Hello everyone!!!

For those of you who are in Cape Town and are interested in joining cheerleading, get hold of Cheer Spirit SA which was founded by Tarryn Leigh Mutch, amazing person and kick ass skills!

For those of you in Durbs, get hold of Cheer Strength and speak to Amanda! She has loads of knowledge and is a great chick.

Hey everyone! So we have a practice spot for the time being. Hoerskool Bastion. Practice is monday and Wednesday 14:45 - 16:45 for next week. Hope so see everyone there! We start monday 10 February

Super excited to be starting independent cheer teams! Please feel free to join our team, at the moment we have one high school co-ed team, but we would like to expand to cover all categories in cheerleading: Co-Ed, All Girl, Partner Stunts and Group Stunts!

You can join, providing you meet the following requirements:

1. Your school does not have cheerleading registered as a sport for the season

2. You are in primary or high school - tertiary is a different independent section, if you want more information on tertiary teams please don't hesitate to inbox me.

I will be happy to answer any questions and will be posting practice times asap. Please note that you can join anytime during the season. This years season starts 01 March 2014 and ends October 2014.

If you choose to leave during a season please give a months notice before any competition.

Cheerleading will give you the following opportunities, provided you meet the association requirements:

1. Gauteng colours
2. Association colours
3. SA colours
4. The opportunity to compete at Cheerleading Worlds which is held at the ESPN Sports Complex in Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida, USA.
