🏏 Provincial Indoor Cricket IPT

Congratulations to Troy Morom, Kenneth Buckton, James Buckton and Jayden Lewis, who recently competed in the Provincial Indoor Cricket IPT Tournament.

Troy and Kenneth represented Western Gauteng, with Troy captaining the team, while James and Jayden represented North West Gauteng.

Well done to Western Gauteng on winning silver medals!

A special congratulations to James and Kenneth who were both selected as All Stars, recognising them among the top 10 players of the tournament. ⭐️

When the Matrics were invited to “dress as their favourite character”… they understood the assignment!

From legendary to hilarious, there was certainly no shortage of personality! 😎

Because if you’re going to get through the Matric year… you might as well have some fun along the way! 😂

🌍 World Athletics U20 Championships

We wish Oluchi Ndubueze every success as she represents South Africa at the World Athletics U20 Championships in Oregon, USA.

Oluchi will compete in the Women's Long Jump Qualifying Round at 21:40 (local time) on 5 August.

Finals are scheduled for 6 August (04:13 SAST on 7 August).

Wits Integrated Experience (WIE) Update 🎉

The Grade 11 learners who participated in the WIE returned to Wits University last Friday to present the findings of their research into the impact of small-scale and artisanal gold mining.
