The Journey Tree Transformational Healing

There is something infinitely healing about sunrises and sunsets, walking amoung and hugging trees, stargazing, cloud gazing, sitting under a full moon, lying on the grass, or walking barefoot on the ground.

There is something infinitely healing about sitting by a lake, walking on the beach, watching the ocean, hiking in nature, hearing the chorus of birds, meandering beside a river, and sitting in silence with the elements of nature.

Make time this week to spend a moment or more in nature and feel your mind, body, and soul rejoice in the pure beauty and healing power of nature💖🦋🌳✨.

Fridays allow me to reflect on the week that has passed. I think of the challenges I may have faced, the ups and downs that come with daily life, and the people who always check in with me.

It could be my friend in KZN sharing photos of his travels (& countless delicious breakfasts at quaint coffee shops!), another friend who always takes the time to send me joyful memes and reminders of the next Full Moon, or a staff member on the farm who makes the effort to give me a hug.

There's the client who brings scrumptious rusks for us to indulge in during her sessions, and the cow herder who always gives me a mighty wave and tells me it's going to be a warmer day tomorrow!

People like my husband, who always, always picks me up on difficult days, puts a smile on my face with silly jokes, who tolerates my endless chatter, and who stands by me no matter what is happening on any given day 💖.

It could be my brother and my niece popping in for lunch and a chat, or a WhatsApp message from various friends (& clients) just wanting to say hi. Of course, there's my 4-legged companion who always makes me smile, lifts my heart with joy whenever he snuggles up close, and makes me laugh with his crazy antics.

These are the people (& many others) who ignite a bright spark in me, who remind me how precious life is, and how blessed I am to have them in my life. Thank you, one and all, for keeping the flame going within me. I am deeply grateful 🙏🏼😍.
