Empowering Learners Through Awareness and Positive Life Choices

On Wednesday, Royal Academy welcomed representatives from the South African Police Service (SAPS), the Department of Social Development, and Correctional Services for an informative awareness programme aimed at empowering our learners.

The session focused on the importance of making responsible life choices, with discussions centred on the dangers of drug and substance abuse, Gender-Based Violence (GBV), peer pressure, crime prevention, and the long-term impact of the decisions we make every day.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our guests for investing their time, knowledge, and experience in guiding and inspiring our learners to become responsible, respectful, and law-abiding citizens.

Together, we continue to build a safer, healthier, and more informed generation.

A father's guidance shapes more than a child's future—it builds character, inspires confidence, and lays the foundation for greatness. Today, we honour the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures whose wisdom, sacrifice, and unwavering support continue to make a lasting difference in the lives of our learners.

"Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord." — Ephesians 6:4

Happy Father's Day from Royal Academy. Thank you for helping our children learn, grow, and succeed.
