Come grab a form from our office - Crusader Independent School new address from 1 June 2026 83 Marais st Lilyvale .

When coming to the office to enroll the following documents will be needed:

▪️Complete the form ( can be done at home or in office) - reminder we are going to need both parent or guardian signatures as well as a next of kin and transport driver cellphone number. (Transport drivers number can follow as soon as available)

▪️Birth certificate

▪️Clinic Card

▪️2 ID Photos of the child

▪️Both parents ID's (or relative or guardian wherever a parent is absent due to any circumstance)

▪️ID of person responsible for the account in the case of parents being unemployed or for eg. Both parents are students.

▪️Proof of residence

Remember! YOUR R1500 ONCE OFF YEARLY FEE INCLUDES STATIONERY, BOOKS, ARTKIT AS WELL AS ONE SET OF UNIFORM!!!

Our R850 per month school fees includes breakfast and lunch as well as all our love and activities!! Done by very capable and qualified staff.

Tuck shop available at our school daily.

FRIDAYS ARE TAKE AWAY DAYS!! Kids order what they would like from the menu of the day (extra cost - this is optional) menu of the day also available on Fridays.
