WE’RE SO CLOSE — ONE FINAL PUSH!

We’re officially in the final month of our Overstrand Youth Soccer Support Drive, and we have some exciting news…

We only have R4,778 left to raise to reach our R20,000 goal!

That means we are so close to being able to cover Coach Colin’s soccer clinic for October and give our young players another fantastic opportunity to learn, grow and enjoy the game they love.

For our kids, soccer is about so much more than kicking a ball. It’s about confidence, teamwork, discipline, friendships and having something positive to work towards.

So, if you’ve been thinking about supporting our campaign, now is the time!

What a fantastic term it has been at Overstrand Coastal Academy! Thank you to our learners, parents, and staff for all your hard work, dedication, and support throughout the term.

Every day Pinot arrives at Overstrand Coastal Academy ready for his important duties: greeting learners, collecting cuddles, chasing balls and supervising break time.

Unfortunately, nobody explained exam season to him.

This week he arrived as usual, sat at the door waiting, checked the playground, carried his ball around the grounds and eventually settled down to wait for his friends.

We have tried to explain that the learners are busy writing exams, but he remains unconvinced.

Only a little while longer, Pinot. The children will be back soon.
