Our parents rolled up their sleeves and got right into the fun of baking! 🥧👩‍🍳 It was wonderful to see everyone laughing, learning, and enjoying the ‘Bring a Parent to School Day’ together!”.

Learning Together 🙌

Our DCAPS Classes hosted a “Bring a Parent to School Day” where parents joined their children in hands-on sessions . From baking and cooking to beading, doing nail art, and arts & crafts and even reading together.

It was a beautiful day of learning, laughter, and teamwork. Empowering parents to support and reinforce the skills their children are developing at school.

A heartfelt thank you to all the parents who attended and participated with such enthusiasm! Your support helps our learners grow in confidence and continue building their skills at home and at school. 💛👩‍🍳🎨

Junior wheelchair tennis players Pheeha Machaka (Africa’s No. 1 Boys Junior), Johannes Pienaar (Africa’s No. 4), and Inam Madiloyi (Africa’s No. 1 Girls Junior) will be participating at the KWTA Wheelchair Tennis Youth Camp in Fukuoka, Japan, from 13–16 November 2025.

This exciting event, hosted in partnership with the NPO Kyushu Wheelchair Tennis Association, Jumping Kids, and Tennis South Africa, celebrates excellence and fosters growth through international collaboration between South Africa and Japan.

The team is accompanied by Patrick Selepe, Tennis South Africa wheelchair tennis manager.

Let’s cheer them on as they fly the South African flag high! 🇿🇦
