The word call is a vocal confession and expression. God confesses the end result as if they already exist.
He called Abraham the father of many nations at the most impossible moment.
He called Gideon a mighty man of valour when he was hiding from the enemy.
He called Peter a rock when he was a broken reed .
He called the land of Canaan Israels possession when they were slaves to the Egyptians .
He called Job perfect when he was filled with fear.
He called the L***r clean when he was crying unclean.
