Key Responsibilities:
- Placement of WOL trainees in the Gauteng and or other provinces
- Monitoring of WOL trainees during practical training at their various workplace across the different provinces;
- Stakeholders engagement in Gauteng and or other provinces;
- Daily monitoring and evaluation of learner daily outputs;
- Interfacing with learners within the various host institutions management structures;
- Integration of learners into the work place for practical interventions;
- Logistical support to learners;
- Engaging learners for continuous development;
- Provide mentoring and coaching to learners;
- Supervision of learner attendance and daily administration including general behaviour.

Drivers license is a must!!!!! And you must be able to drive.

Requirements:
- BEng/Bsc in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.
- Btech in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years working experience.
-National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 4 years experience.
- Fitter with a valid trade test certificate with a minimum of 3 years exprience exposure as an artisan
