ππΌ Yellow β Kindness Day πΌπ Our campus lit up in yellow as we celebrated Yellow β Kindness Day; a special day dedicated to promoting anti-bullying awareness and spreading kindness throughout our school community. Students and staff added a touch of yellow to their school uniforms, standing together in a powerful reminder that kindness matters. π Whether through a smile, a helping hand, an encouraging word, or including someone who feels left out, every act of kindness makes a difference. Today reminded us that we each have the ability to create a safe, supportive environment where everyone feels seen, valued and respected. Letβs continue to choose kindness, not only today, but every day. π

Our Grade 6 students recently visited the PEN Head Office and were inspired by the incredible work happening in our community π Guided on a tour by Thusa Monatisa from PEN, students visited a homeless outreach project with mobile showers, where our donated hygiene items will make a real difference, and an after-school programme providing meals, homework support, and safe spaces for children in need. πβ¨ Growth, Grit and Netball Team Spirit at the Saheti Tournament β¨π
The Saheti Tournament proved to be a powerful learning experience for our team. Entering the tournament as a mostly new group of players, our Students were challenged to quickly find cohesion, build trust, and support one another both on and off the court. Despite having limited time together as a team, our players competed confidently against well-established and experienced teams. Their determination, courage and willingness to step up to the challenge were truly inspiring. This tournament reminded us that we belong at this level and that our potential is far greater than we may have imagined. The experience strengthened our belief, resilience and understanding of what it truly means to be a team.
As we move forward, this valuable experience has laid a strong foundation for our netball preparation and growth for the rest of the year. We are excited to see how this team continues to develop and thrive! π
