Today we bring you yet another one of our services. As you already know we talk science, we write science, we produce science content that is easy to understand and engage with.

SCIENCE COMMUNICATION

Content Production, Translation and Engagement

For content production, we use our resources to produce news content for our clients through internal participatory research. For our translation services, we excellently translate our clients' original text from complex 'Science language' with technical jargon to simple and understandable English without the complicated words while maintaining the scientific accuracy and context of the original source text.

Upon request, we further translate to African Indigenous languages, like isiXhosa, isiZulu, Setwana, and Sepedi. This ensures that the produced content is understood by a large number of stakeholders/audience (general public, funders, fellow Scientists, policy makers, other professionals, etc) of different ages. Through this service, the content produced and translated is given to the clients for use at their own discretion.

When a barrier exists between our clients and their audience, we step in and execute our stakeholder engagement service. We interact, liaise with and/or present understandable and 'community-friendly' content to our clients' target audience through various presentation methods and media to successfully fulfil our duties as mandated. Such engagement activities include but are not limited to project descriptions to communities, community (engagement) motivation, also multi-sectoral workshop facilitation.

Our science news caters for all. πŸ§¬πŸ”¬πŸ§ͺπŸ€—πŸ€—

We thought it would be great to share with you all one of our 2021 highlights.

We held workshops for LRC members of 5 high schools in the Mayne circuit under the Capricorn South District of Limpopo department of education as part of our leadership camp service.

Ours was to train and capacitate them in developing selfless leadership skills that will enhance, protect and promote the learning culture and development of the circuit.

A very good morning to you all. β˜ΊοΈπŸ€—
