Our little chefs had such fun making their own pancakes, exploring different textures, practising fine-motor skills and building independence along the way.

And of course, enjoying what you've made is the best part! 💛

💙 Mandela Month: Every small act of kindness makes a difference 💙

This Mandela Month, Pixieland Nursery School is proud to support the Rock of Hope Place of Safety & Rock of Joy Place of Safety Nappy Drive.

A single pack of nappies or baby wipes may seem like a small gesture, but to a baby in need, it can make a world of difference. 💙

If you'd like to join us in supporting this wonderful initiative, donations of nappies or baby wipes are welcome until 31 July 2026.

For the convenience of our community, Pixieland is an official collection point.

🌻 We warmly welcome donations from the Rietvalleirand, Elarduspark, Moreleta Park, Waterkloof, Erasmuskloof and surrounding Pretoria East communities.

💙 Little hands. Big love. 💙

Today our little ones spent the morning creating something special for Father's Day ❤️

There were colourful sprinkles, sticky fingers, lots of concentration and even bigger smiles as they decorated cupcakes and made a special card for Dad 🧁

A big thank you to Elmarie Henning from Culinary Kids for helping make the activity extra special.

Because sometimes the most meaningful gifts aren't bought... they're made with little hands and lots of love 💙

Happy Father's Day to all the wonderful dads, grandpas and father figures from the Pixieland family 🌻

P.S. If Dad's cupcake doesn't quite make it to Sunday, we're fairly certain some very important quality control took place first 🤭🧁
