Rutang Bana Agang Sechaba Learning and Development NPC (RLD) is a non-profit making organisation based in Gauteng Province. RLD co objective is to provide accredited and non accredited training courses, skills and computer training programmes to promote community empowerment through education, to utilize available resources for mutual benefit and to reach underserved and marginalized groups. We provide qualified facilitators and also boast with very experienced stakeholders in skills developments.
