Why take on the world’s longest single-stage race? 🏜️
Because crossing a desert is a lot like the journey many young people face — long, challenging, and requiring deep resilience.
Through Ride 2 Restore, our riders are turning every kilometre into hope for vulnerable youth in Namibia. 💛
We’re on day 2 of the second half of Lockdown. Needless to say we’ve all come very far! But somedays the uncertainty of it all can be a bit overwhelming. So we’ve asked Uplimit’s Rudi van den Berg to share some tips on how to deal with all the challenges we face in this time. Here’s what he had to say:
• Tick something off your “I don’t have time” list
• Stay active
• Learn something new
• Spend quality time with family
• Stay connected
• Unite in prayer
• Replace fear with faith
Lets take these last 2 weeks of lockdown and make them memorable!

Just before the lockdown we had the opportunity to do our first aid training (BLS, first aid levels 2 and 3). The safety of all whom we come in contact with, is something we take very seriously at Uplimit! We’ve been blessed with such a knowledgeable instructor, who helped us to sharpen up on our exciting knowledge and also provided some new insights on the latest in first aid. Karien, thank you for all the effort you put into your teaching!

Throwback to both our adventure and leadership development camps with the amazing Palm Tempelton Learning and Remedial Centre !
