🚨 VACANCY ALERT | SITE MANAGER (TEMP)
📍 Touwsrivier, Western Cape

Bastion Akademie for Tactical Security requires an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager for an immediate temporary assignment at a rural site.

🎖️ COMPULSORY: Applicants must have a military background / proven military experience.
Please DO NOT apply if you DO NOT have a military background or experience. (Will be validated)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage a 5-person Security Quality Assurance Team, including operational planning, coordination, ex*****on, discipline, reporting and overall site management.

REQUIREMENTS & ATTRIBUTES:
• Military background / experience – NOT-NEGOTIABLE
• Fully proficient in spoken and written English
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent planning, organisation and time management
• Disciplined, reliable and accountable
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Confident decision-making under pressure
• Good communication and reporting ability
• Hands-on and proactive management approach
• Must pass the required medical assessment
• Must be available IMMEDIATELY
• Willing to work at a rural site in Touwsrivier
• Own reliable transport will be advantageous, but is not compulsory

⏱️ Appointment: Temporary Assignment 1-6 months depending on the need.
📅 Start: Immediate

Only applicants meeting the compulsory military-experience requirement should apply. Salary will be discussed with suitable candidates at interview stage.
