"It should be illegal to run a business without an ActionCOACH" (Not my words 😎)

I had a good week, then I read this from one of my clients, and it became a great one!!!!

On Friday afternoon I ran a Virtual 90 Day ActionPlanning GrowthClub.

That by itself is a great way to finish the week - working with business owners who are committed to intentionally decide on their priorities for Quarter 3, and draw up a plan of action to get there.

The cherry on the top though was reading through the feedback forms and I came across this from Bronwyn, one of my clients, who said ...

On Tuesday morning, I woke up feeling quite deflated 😞.

A number of things were not working out as I wanted them to 😬.

Imagine that, a Business Coach feeling deflated 😮😮😮.

But here's the harsh reality ...

➡️ I'm first and foremost a Business Owner of a Coaching business,

and secondly,

I'm the Business Coach in the business.

And let's face it, if you are a Business Owner, you know damn well things don't always work out as planned. It's a rollercoaster ride of note!!!

On Tuesday when I woke up, I was just very conscious of some of the things that I'm striving for that weren't working according to my plan.

So, was I a bit miserable, upset, deflated?

YES!!!

Did I have a right to be?

mmmmm 🤷 🤷 🤷

But the reality was - that is how I was feeling.

Fortunately, thanks to my ActionCoach training, I allowed myself to feel the emotion ... but did not dwell there.

So what did I do?

I told myself I can't control the outcome.

I do however have control over the activities I choose to do.

So that's what I got stuck into 😎

I am so enjoying watching this Wimbledon Mens Single final!

How do people feel when they see me about my work?

Do they see my passion for what I do?

Do they seem me giving my all?

Have I put in enough hours behind the scenes to be able to perform at this level when it matters?
