One week to go to the 'Fundamentally Faster Swimming Clinic', hosted by Ian Els and Wikus Weber at Curro College Hazeldean. The clinic, which is aimed at school gala swimmers and new age-group swimmers, runs from monday 17 July until Thursday 20 July. In order to.accommodate kids still at school we have moved the clinic to the afternoon, from 2-6pm each day. Swimmers start each day off with a skill and technique session, improving movement through the water. Then a short video session. Thereafter swimmers participate in a training session aimed at improving fitness, while working on skills learned earlier in the day. Bookings can be made with Ian Els on 0834649975, or Wikus Weber on 0726461322. The price for the 4 day clinic is R800 per child.
