Our learning materials use scenario-based learning, where learners analyse sector-specific situations to identify situations (scenarios), problems, oppotunities for improvement and decision points.
Scenarios are integrated throughout lessons and in activities to support applied thinking and prepare learners for practical and workplace components.
Contact me for all your learning material needs - accredited and non-credit bearing programmes. I can also contextualise materials to be aligned to a company’s mission, vision, values and leadership profiles.

Many workplace learning programmes still struggle with the same problem: they cover the theory, but they do not prepare people for doing the work.

When I design learning programmes, the real question is not how much content is covered, but whether participants are ready to apply what they have learned in the workplace.

In recent programme development work, I focused deliberately on closing the gap between theory and performance from the start and carrying that intent through the entire learning journey.

The programme is designed to create lively, grounded discussion that connects directly to real workplace situations. Rather than relying on memorisation, participants are encouraged to think about why systems, rules, and processes exist, how work flows, and what happens when they are ignored or misunderstood.

The emphasis is on developing thinking skills rather than rote knowledge. Participants learn to recognise patterns, risks, and responsibilities, not just facts. This makes the learning meaningful across different roles, experience levels, and modes of delivery.

The structure of the programme prepares participants properly for the practical components without jumping ahead into doing the tasks too soon. By the time they reach the practical phases, they understand the purpose and logic behind the activities, which improves confidence, consistency, and performance.

This approach avoids a common weakness in many learning programmes: a disconnect between knowledge modules and practical application. The learning is intentionally sequenced so that understanding builds steadily towards doing, rather than feeling fragmented or rushed.

Facilitators are supported without being scripted. Clear guidance is provided on intent, discussion points, and outcomes, while still allowing flexibility to adapt to different groups, contexts, and delivery formats.

When learning is designed this way, it stops being about content delivery and starts becoming a tool for real workplace readiness.

Proud to have been associated with All Is One Hospitality and Projects for more than 15 years - recognised and awarded as the Most Innovative Hospitality Consultancy.
Having worked with Alli for so many years, I can vouch for her innovative approach to improving hospitality service.
The most recent achievement is that she identified a need for training staff at luxury hotels and other venues related to the G20 Summit. She provided a rough outline and brief for a workshop, which SkillsEdge then developed. The workshop contents and format was endorsed in writing by Gauteng Tourism.
The All Is One page is testimony to the success of the workshops facilitated by All Is One.
