After a highly successful track season, our middle- and long-distance athletes kicked off the cross-country season in spectacular fashion at the Asics Menlo Relays! Competing against 55 schools, our athletes delivered exceptional performances across all categories. 🔥👏

🏃🇿🇦 WHAT A MOMENT FOR SOUTH AFRICAN ATHLETICS! 🇿🇦🏃

TuksSport High School is incredibly proud of former learner Gift Leotlela, who matriculated in 2016, after his sensational victory at the Shanghai Diamond League this weekend!

Gift shocked the world by winning the men’s 100m in an outstanding time of 9.97 seconds against some of the fastest athletes on the planet. 🌍⚡

From the classrooms and track at TuksSport High School to the international athletics stage, Gift continues to inspire the next generation through his hard work, determination and excellence.

🎭 On Friday, 8 May, the Grade 12 learners of TuksSport High School attended the outstanding performance of Hamlet at the UJ Arts Campus.

This annual outing is always a highlight for our matric learners, and this year was certainly no exception. Filled with intrigue, deception, emotion, and profound insight, Hamlet remains one of William Shakespeare’s most quoted and celebrated plays.

Our learners thoroughly enjoyed the experience and were grateful for the opportunity to witness a remarkable piece of English literary excellence brought to life on stage. Experiences like these continue to enrich classroom learning while inspiring a deeper appreciation for literature and the arts. 📚✨
