We all have this hunger for something, some of us don't know what yet, some of us do, and wants it... or some of us do but don't know how to get it.

It's sometimes such a f*n mess but let's not give up hope just yet, let's try one more time!

We all crave connection and understanding but we need to learn to be okay with ourselves.

Keep fighting, keep changing and keep hope for yourself and your growth.

Sometimes it can be hard to develop confidence, either because personal experiences have caused you to lose confidence or because you suffer from low self-esteem. A confident person: does what they believe is right, even if it's unpopular. is willing to take risks.

Positive affirmations help build confidence by reinforcing positive thoughts about yourself. If you tell yourself that your intelligent, hardworking, and talented, you will start to believe it.

In today's fast-paced world, it can be easy to get caught up in the chaos of daily life and neglect our own well-being.

LISTEN UP WARRIOR

If those who lead you, say to you,
“See the kingdom is in the sky”,
-then the birds of the sky will precede you,
if they say to you,
“It is in the sea”,
-then the fish will precede you.
Rather the kingdom is inside of you and it is outside of you.

It can be a constant struggle for a person who tries their best to live up to beliefs, standards and values handed to them by parents, society, teachers, religion and so on when those beliefs, standards and values are incongruent to the nature of the person.

When you come to know yourselves, then you will become known, and you will realize that it is you who are the warrior, but if you will not know yourselves if you dwell in poverty and it is you who are that poverty.

Your time is here and now to start standing up for yourself.

We live in a society that loves achievement, qualifications, status and success. Many people work themselves extremely hard to get there - ignoring what their bodies and minds are telling them.
But what's the point of success, a great career - if you're always stressed, overwhelmed, don't see much of your family and friends (or are grumpy/tired when you do see them)?

We know that without self-care and life balance life can be pretty miserable and lack joy and substance.

Who we spend our time with has a significant impact on our lives - some relationships uplift and inspire us and others are downright draining.
