Is looking for a Receptionist
The role will assist in the running of the Front Desk of the Training Academy by providing secretarial, clerical and administrative Support in order to ensure that the Academy’s services are provided in a friendly manner to students and all stakeholders.

Requirements:
• A diploma/certificate in Office Practice, Secretarial or similar;
• At least 3years experience in a Training environment specifically related to Student Administration;
• Computer literacy with broad knowledge and experience of MS Office packages;
• Ability to work independently and participate effectively within a team;
• Accuracy and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer the telephone at the front desk;
• Selling training courses to walk-in and phone-in customers to ensure that Aviation courses; have at least 12 students;
• Captures all new applicants onto computer system;
• Maintains a general filing system;
• Types documents correctly when required.
