Biodanza is about human connection. At a time of lockdowns, self isolation, self distancing, physical contact becomes less and less possible. Does that mean we lose human connection. Does that mean we lose Biodanza? No!!!

Rolando Toro created Biodanza so that people no longer feel isolated, separate and alone. A real possibility in the current situation of lockdowns. A real threat to the mental and physical health of human beings.

Biodanza South Africa will follow life and continue with the work of Biodanza which is to keep people connected through dancing with fun, joy and laughter. A perfect antidote to keep the immunity strong to deal with the coronavirus.

Since physical contact is no longer possible, Online Biodanza Classes every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm (SAST) will continue. As facilitators we made a commitment to "hold space" for others to heal. This work will continue during this Coronavirus Pandemic.
