The first democratically elected President of South Africa, Mr Nelson Mandela, opened The Rihs Early Childhood Development Centre as a pre-school facility in January 2002. Our pre-school is registered at the Department of Health and Welfare and accommodates children from Grade 0000 (2 years and 10 months) up to Grade 0. Eduplex Primary School opened in January 2003 as the first fully inclusive fun
