SANC Membership Management System (MMS) Project - Phase 2- Registration module (MVP) launched on 22 July 2026
https://www.sanc.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/SANCConnect_User_Guide.pdf
The SANC Member Management System (MMS) is a strategic initiative that modernises and digitises the Council's core business functions, resulting in improved service delivery, greater operational efficiency and an enhanced user experience.
The MMS, branded as SANCConnect, was launched on 21 April 2026 through the SANC Business Hub, which is accessible via a dedicated button on the SANC website: www.sanc.co.za .
The first module (or MVP as it is called) introduced was the Nursing Education Institutions (NEIs) MVP.
The second Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of the MMS programme is the Registration MVP, which digitises the Council's end-to-end registration processes for learners and practitioners.
The Registration MVP will be implemented in two phases from 22 July to 25 August 2026, introducing the following functional areas:
Phase 1: Updating personal details (going live on 22 July)
Phase 2: Learner and Basic Registration (25 Aug 2026).
Phase 1
From Wednesday, 22 July 2026, learners and nurses will be able to access SANCConnect through the SANC Business Hub on the SANC website to review and update their personal and contact details online.
Users are encouraged to ensure that their contact and other personal information is accurate and up to date, being cognisant that upon completion of the programme, the MMS will replace the existing legacy Registration Application System. It is thus critical for nurses and learners to update their details on the system.
Users can follow the following steps to update their details:
• Visit www.sanc.co.za
• Click on: Business Hub
• Click on: Registration MVP (2nd tab, on the left)
• Select Update Contact/Personal Details (to update/verify)
For technical and functional assistance, users can contact the SANCConnect Support Team at [email protected].
For your convenience, a step-by step user manual is also available at:https://www.sanc.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/SANCConnect_User_Guide.pdf
- taking the SANC into the future.
