Sometimes it’s not about “1stClass” or “2:1” to get an international scholarship, but local scholarships may insist on either “1st Class” or “2:1”. Finding either full, partial or short exchange program scholarships is not easy, as people say. Government-funded scholarships are quite different from donor-funded or University-funded scholarships

To navigate this, it’s important to decide which type of funding you’re looking for. Do you need a fully-funded scholarship that pays for everything? Or could you afford to pay some of your education costs and would you like to receive a partially funded scholarship to help? Or maybe you’re looking for a short summer or winter exchange program. Decide what you need, and then look for scholarships in that domain.

During the session, participants will learn:

- Understand the types of scholarships available.

- Abreast yourself with 7 ways to increase your chances of getting a scholarship.

- Make yourself useful to the host country, the university or the donors.
