🌍🎶 Yesterday, on 1 June 2026, the UNISA Library welcomed an international delegation participating in the South African Music Technology and Innovation Capacity-Building (SAMTIC) Project, an Erasmus+ funded initiative.

As part of their campus visit, guests toured the UNISA Music Instrument Collection housed within the Library Archives, where they explored a unique collection that reflects South Africa's rich musical and cultural heritage.

The visit provided an opportunity to showcase UNISA's valuable archival collections while fostering international collaboration, innovation, and knowledge exchange in music education and technology.

UNISA Library and Information Services proudly exhibited at the College of Economic and Management Sciences (CEMS) Research and Innovation Week 2026, held today 28 May 2026 at the Muckleneuk Campus

Today’s programme, themed “Unisa’s Catalytic Niche Areas – Powering Change,” brought together academics, researchers, industry leaders, and innovators to engage on research impact, innovation, and collaborative knowledge production.
