As we prepare for the new year maybe we should update our skills in providing more practical facilitation sessions.

I am really surprised that a number of facilitators, assessor's, moderators are not really aware of the QCTO transition happening. It is important that we are all clued up with the changes as we should be involved in facilitating the transition.
