I have a few offerings in my repertoire. The first is a Kumquat preserve, the second is a curried chili atchaar and the third is good old mango atchaar a la Whitney. I will be making Habanero Sauce next.

I have been very passionate about chili for a very long time. I started making chili sauce and my friends really liked the stuff that came out of my kitchen. I use time honoured family heirloom recipes that I have tweeked to my taste. I first just gave it away but when everybody became more demanding I started to sell my chili sauce. I have finally decided to give my sauces a name. What do you think?
