Pretoria School for Cerebral Palsied Learners

Congratulations to our incredible wheelchair dance group on an outstanding achievement at their very first competition of 2026! Our new group of 17 dancers took to the floor at the Dance International Competition held at Lewende Woord Centurion, where they were adjudicated by USA Master Teacher Diane Gudat.

The dancers delivered a vibrant and inspiring performance, earning an Ultimate Gold Certificate as well as the Special Award for Alive with Colour. Their dedication, teamwork, and passion for dance were further recognised with the awarding of Regional Federation Colours.

We are immensely proud of every dancer and everyone who has supported them on this journey. As a result of their exceptional performance, the group has also been invited to compete for National Federation Colours in August 2026. What a wonderful accomplishment and an exciting opportunity ahead!

Our Speech Therapists had the opportunity to attend a taping training course this morning, gaining valuable new skills that will benefit our learners in the classroom and therapy setting.

Of course, learning is always more enjoyable when it is hands-on, and there was plenty of fun and laughter along the way!

Our grade 2 learners made the most amazing sea creatures using the clay bought from Building Tomorrow!

Building Tomorrow learners have been hard at work!

Our learners have been using their creativity and entrepreneurial skills to make beautiful personalised bracelets, handmade stress balls, and clay.
