Last week, our Senior Specials Phase put in a big effort preparing the garden for the new spring planting season!
They also harvested some of our winter vegetables, including spinach, leeks, sweet potatoes and peas.
The learners then cleaned and packaged the produce before selling it to staff at school — a wonderful hands-on learning experience from garden to sale!
Our amazing Building Tomorrow learners are getting ready for Casual Day with the help of a special surprise guest!

PYJAMA DAY!
With a cold front arriving tomorrow, we’re warming things up with a cosy Pyjama Day at school!
While I think we all appreciate the long weekend, our Grade R’s have had SO much fun learning and exploring that we bet they can’t wait to be back tomorrow for another day of fun and adventure!

Congratulations to all our prize winners! A heartfelt thank you to our generous auction donors for their incredible contributions, and to everyone who bid on and purchased auction items.

A week has passed since our Golf Day, and the excitement (and nerves!) have finally started to wear off.
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who played a part in making the day such a wonderful success. To our golfers, sponsors, donors, volunteers, staff, and every person who supported the event in any way – we are incredibly grateful.
Your generosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to give back make a real difference in the lives of our learners. Thank you for helping us make this year’s Golf Day one to remember. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Today our learners had the opportunity to learn valuable wheelchair maintenance skills with the help of Connie du Toit.
He demonstrated how to clean and lubricate the wheel bearings, perform basic wheelchair maintenance, and even showed them how to repair a punctured tyre. These practical life skills help our learners become more independent and confident in caring for their own mobility equipment.
The learners thoroughly enjoyed the hands-on experience. A sincere thank you to Connie for sharing his time, knowledge, and expertise with our learners!
