Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging online lessons, including an introduction, master class, and worksheet & Q&A session.

2. Prepare and present interactive material such as quizzes, polls, and multimedia presentations.

3. Conduct problem-solving exercises in varied formats, ensuring student participation and understanding.

4. Provide instant feedback on worksheets and administer mini-tests for continuous assessment.

5. Collaborate in curriculum development, focusing on critical thinking, problem-solving, and creative approaches to mathematics.

6. Utilize advanced digital tools and resources, including Ted-Ed, YouTube, MindBourne, Khan Academy, Geogebra, Twinkl, and Kahoot.

7. Actively engage in student support, guiding them towards achieving their personal and academic goals.

8. Participate in regular professional development and contribute to the Academy's continuous improvement through feedback mechanisms.
