📚✨ READATHON DAY CELEBRATION - TOMORROW! ✨📚

Tomorrow we celebrate one of the highlights of our school calendar - Readathon Day! This special day is held every year on the second last day of Term 3.

What is Readathon Day about?
It's all about celebrating the love of reading and honouring our best readers. Our learners have gone through 3 tough rounds of elimination to get here:
Round 1: Best readers chosen per class
Round 2: Top 5 selected per grade
Round 3: Final Top 3 per grade - our stars for tomorrow!

Tomorrow we crown and celebrate those Top 3 readers per category who read their way to the top. Come and cheer them on!

Let's celebrate reading, confidence, and hard work. 📖❤️

Parents of the three participants per grade are invited.

🌳 ARBOUR DAY AT MEETSE A BOPHELO PRIMARY🌳

What a special day! In partnership with the City of Tshwane | Official (Page) we celebrated Arbour Day with a hands-on Horticulture lesson for our learners. 🌱

Our learners discovered:
🍃 Why trees are important - they give us clean air, shade, food and shelter
💧 How trees fight climate change and save water
🤲 How to plant and care for a tree

Thank you to the City of Tshwane team for not only donating trees but for teaching our learners that planting a tree is planting hope for the future.

Our school is now greener and our learners are inspired to be guardians of our environment! 💚
