A new chapter.

Over the years, my work has evolved from personal development and performance coaching into something broader—helping people not only develop themselves, but refine how they think, communicate, present themselves and show up in the world.

Maryna Stevenson Personal Excellence & Refinement reflects that evolution.

The heart of my work remains the same: helping people become the fullest, most capable expression of themselves.

For me, refinement isn't about perfection. It's about becoming more conscious of who you are, how you show up, and the impact you have on the people and spaces around you.

The new identity simply gives that work a name that feels more aligned with where I'm going—and with the people I am privileged to work with.

Tafel-etiket was vandag alles behalwe vervelig!

Wat 'n fantastiese groep Lynnieraad-leiers! Vandag het ons ontdek dat tafeldek soos 'n legkaart is – elke bord, glas en stuk eetgerei het sy eie plek en doel.

Daar was baie gelag, uitstekende antwoorde op vrae en selfs 'n paar vriendelike uitdagings om te sien wie die tafel die vinnigste én korrek kon dek. Die mooiste deel? Om te sien hoe selfvertroue groei namate hulle besef: "Ek kan dit doen!"

Tafel-etiket gaan nie net oor messe en vurke nie. Dit gaan oor respek, selfvertroue, goeie maniere en die vermoë om jouself met gemak in enige situasie te hanteer.

Ek is ongelooflik trots op elke leerder se entoesiasme en bereidwilligheid om nuwe vaardighede aan te leer. Julle het vandag gewys dat goeie maniere steeds stylvol én pret kan wees! Dankie, Laerskool Lynnwood.
