Session is recommend for: 💫Players who want to work on their timing & leads off a centre pass. All they need is to take a friend, teammate or a parent up to the courts to be a passer. For a player who needs to work on their footwork, angled leads & to eliminate their crowded play over transverse line. 💫Coaches to add into their basic ball handling and partner passing work at training. This is perfect for a full team session for when the ball is coming down the court and you need to improve your timing and leads onto the ball, or you need to work on your prelims and getting that depth on second phase so you can nail your timing. #netball #footwork #inseason #netfitnetball 12/10/2024

ACADEMT ATHLETE SETS NEW PB FOR THE SEASON

Wesley Badenhorst (16) recorded a new personal best distance of 56.60m in the discus
and a second PB of 17.11m in the shot put @ the Dreyer Campbell Athletics Meeting in Pretoria.

He was named Senior Victor Ludorum of the meeting.
