The Grade 7 learner's had fun learning about the voting proces. While it was not for a political party, they took the job seriously, voting for what they would like as an end of year function.

Intermediate Phase Assembly
Today we were joined in assembly by exciting and inspirational visitors. First, we were addressed by Mr. Shannon Mayne and Mr. Zeek Markle from the Scouts organisation. They inspired our learners to believe everything is possible and encouraged them to follow the outdoor lifestyle they enjoy.
We were then addressed by Mr. Michael Mamabola for the CHOC Foundation who thanked the school for their fundraising effort last term and explained what a difference their contribution will make to the lives of children suffering from cancer.
We thank them for their time and the stories they shared.

What is CHOC?
Childhood Cancer Foundation SA
A non-profit organisation that advocates for the health and well-being of children and teenagers diagnosed with cancer or life-threatening blood disorders and their families.
CHOC's passionate and dedicated staff and volunteers aim to save lives through early detection and comprehensive support programmes for the families affected by cancer.
They offer, psychosocial, emotional, and practical support as we augment the different medical fraternities.
Thank you to all that contributed today.
FUN RUN
Run, walk, laugh, and talk. Much fun was had at the Fun Run this year. Was exciting to see all our families enjoying a day together with our staff. Thank you to the staff for all their hard work, and to all the families for spending the day with us. Memories were made!
