It's the Summer! Head to the beach and play in the sand. Kids love playing in the sand and it works on so many skills. Did you know that sand is a great sensory experience. It's hot, soft, wet, dry, sticks to the skin. Walking on the sand is great to build proprioception and vestibular input as it work on strength and balance. You can be creative and build a sand castle, a tunnel, or anything else! Get those hands to work and play.

Hula-hoop idea 💡 🤔
This is a great way to cross the midline,
Learn colours, shapes and patterns.

TAKE 2 HULA-HOOPS and colour balls/blocks and have the child sit mid and communicate on what colour and shape to take and place in the other Hula-hoop, use different patterns like 1 blue ball, then 2 red balls, and then 3 green balls.
