When it comes to self improvement, CHOOSE YOU, EVERY TIME....PERIOD⚠️

I have been battling with trying to find the best time to workout because with Shay-Leigh at university and having different venues for her lectures, due to the staff striking, it's become really challenging finding the best time for me.

I have made the conscious decision that the best time is any time, because if I choose myself improvement all the time then why do I have to have a set time when to workout.

Mom life is a bit unsynchronized right now, with 4 kids, 3 different locations to drop off and pick up is no joke, so establishing a routine right now is just not possible..... But, this too shall pass, so for now, we push on and push ahead 💪

I love working out, I love feeling the burn, what I love more is choosing a healthy lifestyle 💪

PS. Finally bought myself some dumbbells, so I am no longer using my ankle weights 😜 so I made a promise to myself, every month I will buy one home workout equipment that will make my workouts a little bit easier 😊

Our new venture, Fitness OverDose® has finally launched🎉

Brinsley Motsepa and I have been strategising for just over 4 months. We have been hard at work putting together some awesome fitness videos✨

Our content can be enjoyed by new moms, all shapes and sizes and we are looking to categorise different fitness videos for different age groups 💪

We are also introducing great videos on self-defense, simple tips and tricks that you can use with what is at hand and is readily available to you 🥊

Brinsley is a qualified fitness instructor, amongst his many other talents✨

If you hear someone giggling in the back, that's me😂 I can't help but giggle and laugh when Brinsley is around.... He is quite the entertainer😜
