As a Quality Advisor practitioner in Quality Management Systems for Higher Education, I firmly believe in the statement made by Edwards Deming that;

"Quality is everyone's responsibility."

However, I cannot help but acknowledge the George incident and how it exemplifies our tendency as individuals to be;

-non-compliant,
-ignorant,
- unaccountable, and
- unethical in our actions.

I find these behaviors as major obstacles to achieving QUALITY in our work and life in general.

It is concerning to me that, despite the advancements in technology, incidents like this still occur. Perhaps we have become too reliant on technology and neglected to apply our common sense....🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
